Recover Firefox History Even After Clearing It!

Firefox browser stores the history of websites browsed in the SQLite database, so the history can be recovered even after clearing it from the history firefox shows using Firefox 3 History Recovery, that can search and recover records from four different tables in an whole disk image.

Steps to recover : Open the file in dos prompt and type

ff3hr -i , where the input file can be

moz_places,
moz_historyvisits,
moz_formhistory and
moz_downloads tables

This tool can search and recover records from moz_places, moz_historyvisits, moz_formhistory and moz_downloads tables in a whole disk image and Prints results in following output files:

• ff3hr-mozplaces.txt,
• ff3hr-mozhistoryvisits.txt,
• ff3hr-mozformhistory.txt and
• ff3hr-mozdownloads.

The tool weighs only 530KB and can be run from USB Drives aswell and does not require any installations.

Note : This tool works for Firefox 3.5
