Google turns 13 years. Happy 13th birthday Google!

Google 13th birthday


13 years have passed since Larry Page and Sergey Brin launched on September 7, 1998 the famous Google search engine which we used to put them in for the various questions. It was founded by two Stanford University students, Larry Page and Sergey Brin. The event is marked by the company through a special logo.



September 7 is the day that Google Inc. was founded the company that manages the largest Internet search engine with the same name.



The company started with an investment of 100,000 $ which came from one of the co-founders of Sun Microsystems, Andy Bechtolsheim, who believe that a search engine on can revolutionize the world.



Google name is a pun on googol, neologism wich was invented by American Milton Sirotta in 1938, which designated it consists of a huge number starting with 1 followed by 100 zeros. Google also has search engines for images, books, blogs, newsgroups and web directories.
