iMessage is a substitute of BBM (black berry messenger) this service is awesome or you can say it that BBM is the only service which makes Black berry device on sell..

How to use iMessage on iOS devices first step go to Messages than turn on iMessage than turn on MMS Messaging,, and turn on Show preview.
On the given picture you can see the white and green messages are the SMS but in blue messages are iMessage.
