Young guru Ramdev's close aide Balkrishna faced fresh troubles with the CBI claiming that he acquired a fake degree so as to get a passport. The registrar of Sampurna Nand  Sanskrit University Rajnish Shukla said the investigation agency came into conclusion after the records were matched. He added that the enrollment numbers indicated that the fudged documents belonged to a different student.

The CBI had taken all the documents from the Ballery Passport office after the agency registered a preliminary enquiry to probe whether Balkrishna had acquired the travel documents using the forged documents.

CBI officilas said that there were allegations that Balakrishna had fudged certain documents and had acquired passports using forged documents which is a punishable offence under the Indian Passport Act.

The charges have been denied by Ramdev controlled Patanjali Yogapeeth Trust. He added that Balakrishna's passport is valid and he got his passport about 12-13 years back.

Balkrishna is under the scanner of the central investigating and law enforcement agencies for allegedly acquiring wealth worth several crores of rupees.
