Tweetc is simple client with all basic features. You can view latest updates, messages along with your name mentioning. To get your most recent tweets, type, “tweetc”. Tweetc remembers the last message id so it only gets “new” tweets by default. Tweetc uses same proxy settings as Internet Explorer.Tweetc Windows Command Line Twitter Client
