Airtel and Apple to Bring iPhone 3GS to India

The much awaited iPhone 3GS is finally coming to India. Bharti Airtel and Apple have reached an agreement to launch the iPhone 3GS in India. The Apple iPhone 3GS will be available Only at at Airtel Authorised Stores according to the reports till now . the launching date will be revealed soon .As per Airtel website there is no exchange offer available, which means that existing iPhone customers cannot exchange their iPhones for the 3GS version.
The iPhone 3GS on Airtel will be locked to Airtel and will work with an activated Airtel SIM card.
